However, three official books have been released, that should answer all open questions. While the prequel "Before The Dawn" illuminates the events that happened before the TV series, the two sequels "Skin Game" and "After The Dark" seamlessly follow on from the end of the second season. Both books are claimed to be based on the story of the unshot third season planed before cancelation of the series. All three volumes are written by Max Allan Collins who became famous after the film adaptation of his book "Road to Perdition".
A special issue of the German magazine "Space View" takes a deeper look at the series and its leading actress, Jessica Alba (with many large-size photos).
And finally, the "Geheime Tagebuch" (secret diary) has been published in Germany. It was apparently intended as a real diary and, thus, predominantly contains empty pages and only few information (virtually a deceptive package).
